The staff was very helpful. He helped me with my luggage since there is no elevator. he also changed my room from the second floor to the first floor. i had a single room. it is close to the center and the rail station, which i appreciated.

the room was too hot and because of the bar underneath, i could not open the window all the time, due to noises and cigarette smoke.

the location was special being right by the train and bus station it made getting around simple i could easily reach the city center within minutes i found an alternative entrance available for late arrivals which gave peace of mind the room was kept clean daily a nice touch to return to after a day out

i did notice the absence of an elevator i was fortunate to be on a lower floor but it might be a consideration for others
